Renee is a retired public school art teacher currently working fulltime creating art in multiple disciplines. Her art work reflects a strong emphasis in emotions, portrayed in a variety of subject matter, styles and media. Always teaching she explains,” Hopeful, I aspire to evoke a sense of caring and heightened consciousness in others through my art.”

Renee’s work can be found in collections throughout the United States and has been featured in such publications as the Atlanta Journal and Constitution, The Buckhead Weekly, Artists of Georgia Magazine, the Atlanta Tribune, The Amityville Chronicle as well as numerous group, and solo shows nationally.

Renee's most recent ventures are creating original handcrafted jewelry and collaborating with Le Galeriste, a Canada based arts organization to produce a collection of wearable art garments.
